By accessing or using Click Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you use Click Studio on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

You may not share accounts in a way that violates your subscription plan, bypass technical controls, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Click Studio provides tools for generating and managing brand creative assets, including images, videos, prompts, and related workflow data. Features may change over time and may differ by plan or platform integration.

Some capabilities rely on third-party services (for example, hosting, AI model providers, payments, and commerce integrations). Availability may depend on those providers.

Paid features require an active subscription or other valid billing arrangement. Pricing, included usage, and credit allocations are described in the product at the time of purchase.

If you use Click Studio through an integration (such as a Shopify app), billing may be managed by that platform and its billing terms may apply in addition to these Terms.

Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once charged. We may suspend paid features if payment fails or your subscription is canceled or inactive.

You agree not to use Click Studio to:

• violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights;
• generate or distribute fraudulent, defamatory, or infringing content;
• upload malware or attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse engineer the service;
• abuse rate limits, automation controls, or usage controls;
• misrepresent AI-generated content where disclosure is legally required.

You retain ownership of content you upload to Click Studio, subject to the rights you grant us to operate, host, process, and improve the service.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any third-party provider restrictions, you may use outputs generated through the service. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication and ensuring they comply with applicable law and platform rules.

Click Studio, including the software, design, branding, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with your plan. No other rights are granted.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms, if required for security or legal reasons, or if your payment obligations are not met.

You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not relieve you of obligations that accrued before termination.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Click Studio and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability arising from or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the website, app, or other reasonable means. Your continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
